Simpler is often better and if you prefer going light and moving fast in the woods, mountains and around town, the Talon 11 is the pack for you. 11L of capacity is perfect for day hikes, urban commutes or a quick trip to the market. Ventilated and comfortable, the BioStretch harness and continuous wrap hipbelt combine to create an incredibly stable carry system that hugs your body so you can stay balanced on the trail, ridge or your bike. We scratched our heads and updated our AirScape backpanel to use less material and glue while making it more breathable to keep you cool on hot days. When uphills turn technical, our Stow-on-the-Go trekking pole carry system keeps your hands free for upward movement. LidLock helmet carry achieves the same when you stop for a mid-commute coffee. Zippered hipbelts, side stretch mesh pockets, a harness pocket and backpanel bungee provide all the organization you need.

Product Features

  • Stow-On-The-Go trekking pole attachment
  • External hydration sleeve
  • LidLock helmet attachment
  • Dual-zippered panel access to main compartment
  • Two zippered hipbelt pockets

Great Pack for Day Hiking Needs The perfect pack for day hiking. Can easily throw in light snacks, a jacket, first aid kit, and maps. Osprey has an outstanding reputation. Fit is everything and it is important to get good measurements! If you have never tried on a pack, it could be helpful to.exp!ore in store before buying “blind.”Look forward to expanding my collection as my hiking adventures expand. Hope to see more Osprey gear in my closet to choose from soon.

A lightweight, top quality and can be used for daily work This is the daily backpack which is just right size. It meets my every requirements, e.g. cool looking, nice colour, light weight, can load 8 kg items easily. Its size is big, so it can be used for my daily work without causing the other people to ask: are you going to climb mountain?

fine for a walk downtown or a short picnic hike … We are huge fans of Osprey packs! This Talon 11 is my lightest one, fine for a walk downtown or a short picnic hike — or even as my “carry on” when traveling by plane. For hot summer day hikes, I actually prefer my Osprey Talon 6 waist pack (easier to reach the water bottles, and nothing sweaty on your back/ shoulders). In cooler seasons or for longer hikes, I use my Osprey Stratos 36 or my Osprey Atmos 50. These are so well designed and easy to adjust that it’s easy to forget…
