Great lightweight tarp! I had a chance to test this tarp on a four day backpacking trip, and am pleased with the results. I used it as a tent footprint and it worked out great. There was no moisture on the bottom of my tent even with the fresh snow melt all around. The tarp had no abrasions or holes in it after several nights of being slept on in multiple locations. It is fairly easy to fold up and fit back into the stuff sack with a little patience. As well, it is small, lightweight, and easy to pack. I am very happy…

Can’t go wrong here. Put this up on my recent trip and definitely 0 complaints. It’s very very light and easy to setup no matter what style you’re going with. It does have a bit of stretch to it which is nice, but doesn’t mean it’s weak or anything. It rained on us a little bit on a recent camping trip and the water just beaded right off.

David S says:

Great for the price I tested this tarp out to make a shelter on a recent backpacking trip. We had scattered storms throughout the night so I was a bit concerned using a new tarp but it held up just fine. Totally waterproof, even in a part where my pack was leaning against the tarp for the night. It’s a great tarp for the price. There are more compact and lighter tarps out there, but they’re at least twice the price.
