Good folding filet knife I bought different folding filet knives to try them out. I bought the Bubba blade folding knife but thought the grip was too big for my hands and the blade was too short. The blade on the Outdoor Edge is longer and it was sharp. I have the CRKT folding filet knife, which has been my favorite. Awesome folding slicer. Great steak knife This is the best-slicing folding knife that I own thus far. The thin full-flat grind blade is sharp enough for me to shave with straight out of the box.But I actually use it as a folding steak knife. 15+ yrs i’ve used this knife, I cut produce 5 days a week for hours at a time. Build quality went up I didnt realise how much i LOVE this knife till i thought i’d lost it. I bought it when i was 18 starting out in the produce department at my grocery store, i’m 33 now and still using it in daily.Luckily i DIDN’T loose it and you can compare one with 15 years of heavy use and sharpeing to a bramd new one. I sharpen it …idk….maybe once a week or two depends how much i use it.Since its a fillet knife it has everything you want/need for a good produce knife. A similar…
