Good folding filet knife I bought different folding filet knives to try them out. I bought the Bubba blade folding knife but thought the grip was too big for my hands and the blade was too short. 15+ yrs i’ve used this knife, I cut produce 5 days a week for hours at a time. Build quality went up I didnt realise how much i LOVE this knife till i thought i’d lost it. I bought it when i was 18 starting out in the produce department at my grocery store, i’m 33 now and still using it in daily.Luckily i DIDN’T loose it and you can compare one with 15 years of heavy use and sharpeing to a bramd new one. I sharpen it …idk….maybe once a week or two depends how much i use it.Since its a fillet knife it has everything you want/need for a good produce knife. A similar…
