They’re also great for keeping balance and for keeping my elbows bent … These have really stood up to the use and abuse of time. I hike quite frequently on rugged trails. A great product for the price These are a great product, and at this price, they’re a genuine bargain for the value you’re getting. There are fancier and more expensive trekking poles out there. These ones, for example, don’t have the shock absorbers or the springs that more expensive poles have. But these are quieter than the fancier poles, and they work fine for their intended purpose.
They were the single best piece of equipment in getting us to summit My husband and I used these poles to climb Kilimanjaro. We were skeptical about whether we would need them, since we have hiked many times without them. These poles saved us! They were the single best piece of equipment in getting us to summit.
