Ambivalent evaluation Flashlights are hard to evaluate outside of a lab. Obviously, the battery plays a huge part, as does the environment over time (how well it holds up to the elements). I’ve only had these for a few weeks, and they are not my primary work lights, so can’t comment on those factors yet. But I’ll say a few things so far.1. Bright spot light at 110ft, lights up objects 420ft away! I like to keep track of my dog while he’s wandering the yard after dark. I have tried numerous flashlights to help keep him in sight. Previous LED flashlights would be very bright, and light up a wide circle, but only for about 10-15 feet away, which was OK if I kept up with my dog (a nearly impossible task).
