Do not buy this. I shoulda paid more attention to the reviews before buying this ground cloth. Yes it is thin, but that is not the most of my worries. Getting out of its bag was like trying to get a hot dog out of its skin. It will never be put back in again…so out to search for a bag for it. The overcrimp on the grommets is so slight that it is certain the grommet halves will come apart under even the lightest use. Can’t recommend this item.
So far very good results I purchased this to have as a dry solution when camping. I liked the sizes they offered and chose to start with the biggest that was offered. We have not fully put this to the test quite yet. A small waterproof test conducted showed that it did indeed keep the items left under its covering were truly dry even though the top and surrounding areas were quite wet. Compact Tarp UPDATE: I’ve used this several times as a throw and as a footprint for my tent and everything has held up, including the grommets. I definitely recommend it if you need a reliable, lightweight tarp.
