I ordered this product to help ease back pain. … I ordered this product to help ease back pain. The Dr. said I have some tight spinal erector muscles and that a heat pack would help to loosen them up over time. This heat/cold pack is composed of 3 separate chambers of gel. I have owned this item for one day, and am already unimpressed. One of the gel chambers has significantly more gel in it than the other two.This makes even heating in the microwave difficult.
Makes my day a whole lot better I broke my neck and both my knees. My life is filled with pain all the time. I discovered all the amazing items on Amazon while recovering and I came across this wonderful ice pack wrap. The very first day it helped me ease some pain. The velcro straps are strong and I can place them anywhere. Plus, it is not only an ice pack but a heat pack as well. It is very comfortable. On my neck, my back, or my knees, this thing makes my day go a lot better. Im going to buy another.
The best, barr none!!! Just had a total knee replacement and this has been a life saver! It is gel so never gets real hard and will contour to affected area. Velcro straps work great too. Can be used for hot or cold. Other packs get as hard as rock and apply pressure to sore are which is something you dont want! Returned all the others and ordered 2 more of these. This pack stays cold for abot 25 mins, anymore than that can be harmful so if you fall asleep with it on it will not cause damage to affected area…
