Good product for the price Great hammock for the price-compared to our local home improvement store. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that the pillow feels very cheap/flimsy. It doesn’t even look like the pillow was fully stuffed when it was made.
3 months, a drop and good for the trash We used this hammock for 3 months. 1 star for the look but that’s about it. We had another hammock we kept for 15 years. This one is dead after 3 months. Mostly used by our kids so you are talking between 60 and 100lbs weight ratio. I used it once and one rope snapped. Then as exiting the hammock, the other side complete corner just gave up. It looks like the ropes are of very poor quality. Beside my ego bruise for a not so classy exit from the hammock, this is very disappointing that this…
just because I like stupid projects and the wood looks pretty Unusable as is. Had to use the old, curved headboards from my old hammock, re-drill, re-thread the cheap, cotton ropes that come with this junk, adjust every string to fit the curve, then it could be used. Before, it was difficult to sit on without falling off (because as is it is flat as a billiard table and the material is slick), and unstable to lie on.
