Well build and functioning light I like this light. It charges well, has a battery insert for cr123A batteries (which I’ve yet to try but just ordered some for backup). Holds a charge for a good amount of time. I like using the dim mode at night to move about. The bright is pretty bright too, decently so. Quality feeling light. Price is nice. I like Pelican lights.Update: Bought some surefire 123’s and they fit in the provided sleeve and work great. This light charges fast, lasts a decent amount of time on…

Wish it was a little brighter I understand that certain police departments use Pelican flashlights. So I am assuming that it should at least be very durable and reliable and should last quite a long time ..other than that it is not the brightest flashlight I have ever owned. I collect flashlights and have quite a few of them. Many of them $50-$200. This one was $70. Works, But after sitting for a few days battery drains on it own. Ok everything looks good, Everything else seems to work as it should, Will run for the time listed if turned on when battery is fully charged. I carry it in my coat pocket, And after 2 or more days not even turning it on once its always at the orange or red to be recharged, Takes 2 to 6 hours to recharge after not using it at all! Some how its draining the battery being off. I took it and set it on my desk for 3 days and same thing so nothing to do with movement or being in my pocket.
