small and very efficient!!! I love this!!! Cools vey nicely. Not a huge amount of airflow but plenty to cool an area very nicely. I tried with tap water and cools great. Then i used chilled water from the fridge and it felt like an ac unit blowing at 65°. I powered it using one of my wireless phone chargers that had a power meter on it. Absolutely Worth It Length:: 0:28 Mins I am actually very impressed by the air output from this unit. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “personal air cooler” but i love it! The high setting is my favorite. It sits a few feet away from me on my desk in the office and i put ice in the water or put the filter in the freezer prior to use after soaking it. no water leaking problem The water cooler actually works. You can feel some cool breeze in front of it. The fan speed is not faster than my pocket fan but the air from water cooler much cooler than the portable fan. I use a small digital thermometer and hydrometer to measure this water cooler. I got the reading from 78F to 75F and humidity from 60% to 75% one hour after turning the fan to level 3 fan setting. The water cooler doesn’t require much power.
