Bright, bright, bright I bought these COB lanterns to light my back porch at night. I was totally shocked by how bright they were. These lanterns appear to be well constructed and durable. Even though they are very bright after four Knights burning 4 to 5 hours a night I havenât gone through a set of AAA batteries yet. I recommend getting rechargeable batteries just to save money. I recommend these lanterns if you need bright bright light.
Just as good as Atomic Beam at half the price. I bought the Atomic Beam Brand at Walmart for $19.99 and then found this one for only $8.99 so I decided to buy it and compare. It is just as bright as the Atomic Beam and has the same set up with hook on the bottom and the hangers on top. This one is not made quite as well but for half the price it was worth it. This one has the battery connections written backwards but anyone with a knowledge of of how AA batteries work would know to reverse them. The Atomic Beam had 4 magnets on the bottom…
Well made, a great value. I’ve bought other brands. This is by far the best deal for an LED lantern if you want COB lighting, a magnetic base and a hook on the base as well. Believe me, the hook is a necessity as is the magnetic base. I purchased the 4 pack. Arrived individually boxed which makes it nice for gifts – as as a typical guy, I don’t wrap, I just say “here ya go” and hand them the box. The base unscrews easily.
