It works but needs the antenna relocated. The only disadvantage is the antenna mounted behind the tire, it blocks your signal tremendously.
Looks like a stock installation, no frills radio that performs very well. The kit arrived quickly and was well packaged. The antenna kit installed without any problems. The grab bar mount for the microphone is very nice and practical. We took about teo hiurs to install which included testing the SWR. The pre-tuned antenna is just as described with a reading of 1.5 on channels 1 and 40 and 1.0 on channel 20. No adjustment required.
