Works when it works! When these filters work they work great. 3 out of the 4 worked. One I had to keep removing because it wasn’t filtering the water. I had to remove it and shake it ever time I needed to fill the water reservoir. I threw it away after a week. Now, when it works, it works GREAT. I live in Philadelphia and the water has a very strong odor of chlorine and a slight metallic taste to the water.
