Great size, a smaller brim and profile from the larger Lifeguard style hats… I just received this hat and used it all weekend. Great to shield you from the hot sun, comfortable and a great look. I really like the size, it may not be as durable straw as others, but I think if you take care of it, it will last. I think it is a good value for the $ I paid.

Great hat but don’t expect to have it forever. For someone with a small head (most ball caps don’t fit) this s/m hat fit well and provided great sun protection. I could see that it might be a little delicate if handled rough but it has held up well so far. Purchased it for sun protection for a cornhole tournament and for fishing. Went on an offshore trip with it and it ended up going for a swim. Brought it back in with a gaff and it is still wearable. I don’t expect it to last forever but it has definitely already served its purpose…
