Quality with Lifetime Guarantee Thanking those who replied to my inquiry about the shoulder straps. Yes, easily stored out of sight inside built-in pocket. Would never know they are there. So I just received the one I ordered (tan) and first impression is that it is well made. I guess that’s why they give a lifetime guarantee. Cool. I have a heavy DELL Latitude laptop and needed a briefcase large enough to fit it inside…and it fits perfect with the bonus of a tie-down strap. Also needed to carry my laptop charger…
Disappointed…. I’d like to give this a better rating. Overall the bag is nice. Plenty of storage space, backpack straps store away nicely, padding is adequate, and it is generally nice. However, one of the carry handles came off after about 3 1/2 months. Most of the time I used the shoulder strap to carry it, so the hand carry has rarely been used. Obviously the bag is still usable, but it should definitely be more durable considering the limited use.
Great, bulky bag. I am in high school and I needed a new laptop bag, since I’m a nerd and like all things tactical, I got this. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great bag, but very bulky. So don’t buy it if you plan on having a small bag. But if a bulky bag is what you are looking for, then this is a great bag for you.
