Nice mattress for the cots… Would have given 5 stars but no care instructions were included either in the description or on the item. I have not used these thin mattress pads yet, i didn’t want to use them before finding out how to launder them.I emailed redcamp and received the following reply:The cot mattress can be machine washable and dryable.I machine washed on warm and dried on normal cycle, medium heat. Fantastic outcome!

This was really great for me This was really great for me. I’d bought a hard cot to go camping for five days and got this to help out a bit. At first it was a bit lumpy, but that settled and it made sleeping on the cot a dream. It never once felt hard and, instead, was perfect. It’s small—it didn’t cover my cot completely. If I was a 250lb man maybe that’d be a problem. But, for me, it fit my needs and I slept really well.

Would be fine if made correctly. I understood this was only an inch thick when I bought it, so I wasn’t expecting mattress quality out of it. That being said, the “adjustable buckle” in the middle were two different pieces of hardware that did not clip together, and the “pillow pocket” is half the size of a standard pillow, so that your pillow would reach down to the middle of your shoulder blades. I just put my pillow on top. Okay for what it is, wouldn’t buy it again.
