Use this product after an injury to reduce swelling and decrease pain. Relieve pain and discomfort from bruises, muscle aches, swelling, headaches and more. Ice decreases blood flow to the injured tissue and reduces inflammation. Cold therapy generally works best when used for 20-30 minutes every 3-4 hours or until swelling goes away. Does NOT stay dry on the outside! “…keeps the ice cap cold and dry.” Yeah, it gets cold and stays cold. But “DRY? No way! Granted, I live in FL and it’s humid here, but this thing starts sweating in about 10 minutes. I had foot surgery and needed to use ice packs for several days, but it was important to keep the dressings dry. I had to check the ice pack every 10 minutes or so, and when the outside got wet, it would also make the dressing wet. Luckily, I had also bought a couple of other ice packs that I would…
Classic – work great I bought this for husband after knee replacement surgery & it’s been a huge help offering relief. He uses it at work as his company has an ice machine but not a freezer. It’s easy (& clean) to refill & he can use throughout the work day whenever needed. Great to have on hand for any recovery period.
Great ice bag, maybe a little smaller than you think though Great little ice bag. Very convenient for icing injuries or boo boos for the kids. Bag gets very cold, almost as cold as using a plain plastic ziploc bag but it does not sweat like a plastic bag would.
