Good quality for the price. BE CAREFUL when heating! I suffer from frequent migraines and wanted something I could use hot or cold. I was really please when these first arrived. The inside of the mask is very soft and comfortable. I used it cold first. Then warm. On the third time, I warmed it again in the microwave for 30 seconds and the plastic exploded. So, I would hope that the quality of the exterior plastic liner could be better so that this product would last longer if using it for a heat option. If you want it cold, it will be fine.
Good for heating and cooling. Love this. The only thing I suggest is having a warning that heating too much in the microwave ruins the plastic. I, or course, didnât read that until trying my second mask, but wouldâve liked to know that if I did, Iâd ruin the mask.
Works These are great for headache days. They’re a little thick and warm if not put in the freezer or refrigerator. Conforms nicely too. Just make sure you’re not in a super hot area when wearing at room temp. I still will not give them up for anything.
