but the wrap pack frozen is perfect for my knee I haven’t used the eye pack yet, but the wrap pack frozen is perfect for my knee. I love that you have the option for it to be hot or cold and the wrap in the back really made it stay in place. I had it on for 20 minutes and it was still cold.
This mom is glad she bought this! my daughter fell off the bed last night and hurt her elbow. She was crying and crying, and then I remembered I had this in the freezer. I wrapped it around her elbow and she was able to fall back asleep comfortably. I loved how it stayed in place and the fabric helps it from being too cold. FYI: I use the eye mask that came along with it in the mornings when I wake up– it takes away puffiness.
