Good knife for cutting fruit. Feels solid in your hand. The G10 handle is quite grippy and the blade is sharp out of the box. I’m a barback and I use this knife for cutting garnishes. It fits in my kit very nicely and is easy to clean.
Very sharp! This knife is a great kitchen/lunchroom blade well suited for it’s intended purpose,… Cutting food. I truly wouldn’t carry it as an EDC. It’s more useful in your lunchbox. Nice design with a great feel and lightweight. Very sharp blade. Lockup and action leave a little to be desired. All in all, a great lunchbox knife.
What Kind of Knife??? A paring knife, butcher knife, tactical knife…. all the same if u know how to use it. Now this knife very well made. Sharp from the box, smooth opening and closing, nice handles…. for the price! No burrs or unfinished areas, comes with a nice cleaning cloth and burlap sack. Nylon pouch to carry on belt. No pocket clip. Also as a bonus… a foldable card type knife. This is an EDC knife!
