If you’re looking at rain flys on amazon, buy this one. No, seriously. After a few uses, this tarp seems to be durable and well made, as well as the absolute perfect size for a hammock. D rings only on the 4 points, with lighter webbing loops down the sides. Stitching seems sturdy. The stuff sack it comes in is pretty large for the fly, which at first I thought would be a drawback, however, I can easily fit my stakes (into the smaller bag that contained the original cord), and some smaller reflective cordage for lines, as well as 24 feet of tubular webbing that I…
Size is smaller than advertised. This product was advertised as 360 cm x 280 cm, the actual measurements are 228.6 cm X 228.6 cm. A very small tarp for the advertised usage. Please note if you are looking for a 7 1/2 ft x 7 1/2 ft tarp, this tarp appears to be of high quality and good manufacturing.
Kept two Backpackers comfy and dry during heavy summer mountain monsoon, excellent shelter!
