The quality of these are horrible and furthermore to company won’t stand behind the product … To anyone considering buy an RTIC Coolers soft side cooler… DONT!!!! The quality of these are horrible and furthermore to company won’t stand behind the product and warranty them. I have spoken with others that have had the same issue.
Great Product Great cooler! Bought this for my boyfriend and we took it to the beach for 6+ hours at over 90 degree temps, left it in direct sun and had in the hot car during dinner and it was able to keep ice all that time. I highly recommend this product.
Great Cooler My Husband and I purchased the RTIC 30 Soft Pack cooler shortly after the new models were available. We live in Texas and frequently use both the hard cases and soft packs with friends while at the coast, going fishing, at the pool, or really any outdoor activity in the extreme heat.
