My secret weapon for cooler sous vide cooking This cooler is one of my secret weapons in the kitchen. It is effective at keeping things hot or cold. So i use it for cooking sous vide. It is the perfect size for most cuts of meat, and even allows me to poach a dozen eggs at once. Five Stars Perfect lunch cooler. It’s not to big and not to small 20oz coke, 20oz Powerade and couple of sandwiches.
I used this for 1 road trip to keep drinks cool and it doesnt do that very well either you get what you pay forâ¦.probably about 10¢ worth of plastic for $15. I bought the 10 quart.The Lid is “hinged” on with 2 nipples that are less than 1/4″ long after abot 12-15 openings, the plastic already started to deform and now, every time I open the lid, it falls off.
