How to use your Trekking Poles
1. Unfold the sections and insert the bottom section into the top one.
2. Hold the handle with one hand and with the other pull out the 3rd section that is stored inside the handle (you will see an arrow marked pull).
3. Continue to pull firmly (don’t be afraid to apply a little force) until the little metal locking knob clicks. All sections should be tight now.
4. Flip the lever and turn the “easy twist” locking mechanism counterclockwise to adjust the 4th section to your preferred height. NOTE: The “Stop” warning should not be visible when using your poles.
Please Note: While the poles are built with 100% ultralight carbon fiber for unreal lightness, we did allow for the bottom section to be built with aluminum since that part absorbs most of the shock and aluminum is stronger, allowing for more durability.

Such good value and amazing quality! These are outstanding value and high quality trekking poles, equivalent poles made by Leki are often twice the cost. The locking mechanism is very quick and rock solid, the handles comfortable, the wrist strap is very easy to adjust and they come with snow baskets as a standard extra. There’s really no need to pay more!
Great seller! Excellent Quality I bought them for a winter hike, these carbon fiber poles donât transmit the heat from my hands anywhere near as much as aluminum poles would, so putting them together, packing and unpacking them doesnât cool my hands down even when I do it without gloves. They are really great. I love how easily they adjust and collapse for really lightweight packing. I have tried my hand at many different hiking poles but I can easily say these have become my new favorite.
Awesome Trekking poles, amazing quality for the price. These trekking poles are great they really take the pressure off my legs and hips when Iâm walking and give my arms a great work out as well as my legs. They really help me carry the heavy backpacks I need on long distance hikes and take the weight off my shoulders. The wrist straps help transfer the weight of my upper body onto the poles and mean I donât have to grip them too hard. Iâm really impressed by them.
