Salomons best boot They are a well built hiker, I don’t hike much anymore, but I am in construction and wear them daily in all sorts of bad weather, rock, crawlspace, etc. Wearing them every single day they last about 14 months. Great water proofing, never needed to respray them. They are light and breathable so even in the 90 degree days they wont make your feet hot unlike some leather ones. I would recommend…. and the price is way lower than they used to be (about 150-175)

Thru Hiked the Appalachian Trail with this boot I began my thru hike of the AT in Feb with the original version of this boot.
