SELF INFLATING:
-Unroll the mat and let it lie flat.
-Unscrew the black air valve to the OPEN position. The mat will self-inflate as it lays. If you’d like a firmer mat, breath into the air valve.
To Deflate and Pack:
-Unscrew the black air valve to its OPEN position. Fold mat in half and roll the mat tight. Wrap the securing black band around it and place in your bag.

Quality item – easily worth the price. I have purchased several more of these since my 1st purchase. Exactly as promised. I’ve had sleeping pads before, but this will be the last one I ever buy. Very good quality. Fits in my tent and stores very easily.
Good quality Looks and feels like good material that will last and not leak. This sleeping pad is long enough to provide comfort most the length of my body. Perfect when camping or backpacking and don’t have the space or want to carry extra weight. It is light and folds back into the small pouch that it comes with. I’ve purchased other products where once you take something out of the bag you can never get it back in, but they have designed this bag to be used. I like that they have different colors…
Nice sleeping pad at a good price point. This has a rounded tapered shape, so best if you are a relatively still sleeper and in a mummy style sleeping back and/or a tight tent where you have to sleep alternating head and foot end. A lot of the pads on REI and other “serious” outdoor gear places are also on the narrow side, and tapered too, so this is fairly typical. 1″ thick, felt it keeps you pretty insulated from the ground especially if you’re a back sleeper so that weight is well distributed.
