Resolved! Strap shredded and broke Update 4/8/19. Seller contacted me and offered to send a new and improved pouch for the bottle. We received the pouch and the new design does appear to be much sturdier. I was very surprised and delighted to have a seller reach out to resolve a problem. Great service!Bottle is great and my husband loves it for carting around water. Very disappointed the strap broke after minimal use.
Stays cold for a long time This water bottle is awesome! Iâve found that water will stay cold for about 2 whole days, which is amazing. I prefer using the cap that has the smaller mouth opening over the wide-mouth, so Iâm happy that the bottle came with both. Most bottles of this size are ridiculously expensive and donât even come with a case or alternative mouthpieces, so this is really a great bargain. Bag wasn’t a good fit but they sent me a new one Great bottle, but the neoprene bag that is supposed to be used as a bag was an inch too short to cover the bottle and in trying to stretch it to fit, the zipper broke rendering the carrying bag useless. Plus the strap of the bag promptly snapped off as well. Ugh. Wish that would have been a viable feature; it’s one of the reasons I bought it.
