too stiff to easily scrape sauces These spatulas are heavy, fat, and most importantly, too stiff to easily scrape sauces, soups, and smoothies out of cookware. I like the variety of sizes but these are terrible tools. See photo for an aoili sauce I tried to scrape from a glass bowl.
Half and half in my pleasure with these tools I am editing my customer review after several weeks of use. I still love the black color which provides for no staining. The large spoon/scoop spatula is the cat’s pajamas and so is the largest of the spatulas. Both of them are entirely useful and work well in every cooking circumstance. Good quality but packaging mixed up. Spatulas look and feel good, and are in the right sizes and designs for most home kitchens. My set, however, came with two spoon spatulas and is missing the large right-angle spatula, which I would use most frequently. Tried to contact UpGood directly to tell them about the problem, but can’t locate them on Google so I hope they read the comments at Amazon and prevent this from happening to others (and will send me the right-angle spatula I really want).February 26 update: when I…
