A good attempt, but poor execution… I really wanted to have a classic Silva Ranger. This isn’t it.

I ordered this one (High Visibility or Hi-Vis – on Silva site), but I did not receive the Hi-Vis. My previous Silva Compass lasted for 35 years, subjected to floating around in my pack and other unfriendly venues, including being stored in the windshield bag of my snowmachine outside at temperatures down to 60 below.
