Nifty jar, great customer service I bought two of these jars at the same time. One of them worked great, held a hot temperature till lunch time and was cool to the touch. The other jar worked well the first time and then the second time we used this jar, it felt hot to the touch within minutes of putting food in and did not hold temperature at all, this even with following care instructions. Lid broken after 3 weeks of use

Customer Video Review Length:: 0:12 Mins Bought four of these and one inside of lid is already broken literally 2 days after return window closed (less than one month of use since school started). Please note these are hand washed which I did but lid broke anyway.

Thanks to all who posted such helpful reviews because it convinced me to buy/try this for my 5-year-old who just started Kindergarten and needed a container that would keep food warm from 7am until 12pm when he has lunch.
