Perfect lunchbox bottle Perfect water bottle for my preschooler’s lunchbox! I was looking for a bottle that he could easily open and close. It also had to be light-weight, fit in his lunchbox, and not be made of plastic. Perfect solution! He liked the one with swirly colors (which happened to cost less than most of the others, too!). I wish I could put it in the dishwasher, but that’s not a big deal. I also love that the water stays cold until it’s time for lunch, and the bottle doesn’t sweat.
The description is very true. This bottle was a replacement for another similar bottle. I was hoping it would keep coffee hot for a long time. I was surprised how long it does keep hot then warm. It stays hot for hours. I left some in the bottle and at about 24 hrs it was still warm.
THESE BOTTLES ROCK I got 2 of these in Glimmering Gold – the 17 oz. and the 25 oz. I got the larger one first, and felt it was too big. After getting the 17 ounce bottle I found that I was using the larger one more often. The bottles never sweat, the water stays cold or cool, and they don’t leak. As strange as it sounds, water has a much better taste in a stainless steel bottle than the old plastic bottles I drank out of. Please know that the tops are not interchangeable. They look very close in size, but…
