Poor Quality Leads to Shoes Falling Apart – Do Not Buy! I am very disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I owned a pair of these for years and when it came time to replace them, I figured I would just buy the same ones again. However, it appears that the manufacturing quality has gone down since the first time I bought these as the new pair we quick to start falling apart. Five Stars I am revising my original review from a five star (based on the initial comfort level of the shoes) to a 1 star for durability. After VERY light use, in a very short span of time……….both my husband and son (I purchased two pair) have had the bottom of the shoe separate from the upper portion. Soles are falling off I like the fit and style of these Sketchers. The reason I bought this particular pair in August 2017 was because I had the exact same pair that lasted years under rigorous daily use. Unfortunately although these sneakers look and fits the same, the quality leaves a lot to be desired even though I have treated this pair more gently and wear them less frequently than the previous pair.Not sure if this is a one-off problem or indicative of diminished quality control in general but…
