We create products that solve problems which means every ingredient has a purpose. That purpose is to help people perform better. We focus on real ingredients and promote an equally healthy lifestyle. That means using real ingredients such as fruit and a balance of nutrients that is best for the body, something not many other brands in our category are doing. WHY ARE YOUR HYDRATION MIXES IN POWDER FORM? A powder form factor is the best way to keep the product free from binding agents or anything artificial. ARE DRINK MIXES SAFE FOR KIDS? Yes! Our hydration products are great for kids. Our Anytime Hydration Drink Mix has 50% less sugar than traditional sports drinks and our Sport Hydration Mix has 40% more key electrolytes than those same sports drinks. Both are flavored only with real fruit. They have none of the excess ingredients like preservatives, emulsifiers, coloring agents, or flavoring agents that can hurt kids’ stomachs. HOW MUCH SPORT HYDRATION DRINK MIX SHOULD I BE DRINKING? That is a tough question to answer because everyone is different. The right amount depends on not only the conditions (think temperature and humidity) and length and intensity (how long, how hard, how far) but also on the individual. One to two 500mL servings per hour is a good starting point and then experiment to see what works best for you.

Product Features

  • DEVELOPED FOR ATHLETES: Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Drink Mix replaces the electrolytes lost in sweat while providing a little bit of energy without offending your palette or gut. It’s formulated with an optimized ratio of sugar for fast absorption and an electrolyte profile that matches exactly what your body loses while working out.
  • SAFELY HYDRATE WITHOUT THE FLUFF: Whether you’re cycling, running, swimming, climbing or competing in a triathlon, use Sport Hydration Drink Mix to replace the electrolytes lost while sweating, and nothing else your body doesn’t need or recognize. We reimagined sports drinks, stripping down what use to be a neon-colored carnival to its bare essentials. In the process, we learned that simple wasn’t just better for elite athletes, it was better for everyone who works hard and sweats.
  • LEMON & LIME DRINK MIX. All natural, verified non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and Kosher. When it comes to getting your hydration right, this is as simple as it gets. We only use real fruit for flavor for a light and refreshing taste that has no artificial flavors or colorings. You don’t sweat Red Dye #40. Why drink it?
  • WHEN JUST PLAIN WATER ISN’T ENOUGH: Drink when thirsty and leaking like a busted fire hydrant. Don’t drink while deep in a Netflix marathon session or sending emails. To use, add one scoop to 12 to 16 fl oz (350 to 500 ml) of water and shake. As a starting point, drink 1-2 servings for each hour of exercise, but also mind your thirst.
  • ABOUT SKRATCH LABS: We exist to help people be better by caring for bodies in need and by solving sports nutrition problems. Better is not perfect. Better is progress. We guarantee our products will help you be better. If not, we’ll work with you to find something that does or refund your purchase. No matter where you bought it.

Great Tasting And Performing Electrolyte Drink Great product. I do 50-60 mile bike rides sometimes in 90 degree heat. I sweat a lot and if I don’t get enough electrolytes spend the night with awful cramps. The stuff has all natural ingredients, including sugar. Developed for professional bike racers about 10 years ago riding the TourDeFrance . Some of the teams have sponsors that provide drinks the riders are supposed to use. After this product was developed they poured out their water bottles and put this stuff in…

This product is 86% cane sugar. DO NOT BUY! Yep, I was thoroughly disappointed to find out that I paid $20 for a bag of sugar.19g of cane sugar per serving x 20 servings in the bag = 380 grams of sugar. The entire weight of the bag is 440 grams, which means that 86% of the content is sugar.Your money would be much better spent buying a $15 Calcium-Magnesium powder (that will last for months) and having control of any sugar you add (if any) to your drink mix.

It’s basically what you would think a sports drink should be. So I’m going to contextualize and preface the rest of this review by saying that when it comes to exercise, I’m pretty casual. I cycle when I can, and go to the gym for a relatively short while when the weather isn’t conducive to cycling. I’m not a professional cyclist or a bodybuilder or athlete; I exercise purely to keep in healthy shape and stave off the cardiac issues that run in my family, topping out around 400mi/month (sounds far, really isn’t).Sports drinks have never been a…
