It’s a bit “floppy” Disclaimer – haven’t “used” it yet. I took the item outside and opened it up. First impression is it’s somewhat floppy and the hoop doesn’t stay up by itself very well, at least not without anything in the bivy. Trying to figure out if they starched it or something to get the end to be all pulled out and flat with the hoop up and the bivy empty in the product photos. I did get in it and zip it up. Wasn’t very easy to zip up; at least not quickly. I think once I have a pad and sleeping bag…
