soft and never feel wet. great for even normal use on cold days I love these socks. since I’ve tried them, I’ve bought another 4 pair as well as the dress sock versions. they are very soft, extremely comfortable, and don’t make your feet feel wet and cold every. I’ve tried these socks in different environments and they are great for hiking and normal office/work use. they’re probably too warm to wear for normal use if the temperature is over 80F. I also wouldn’t recommend wearing them for any kind of sports. even though they are moisture wicking, your feet…
Something has changed. These are not the same quality they used to be. The first time I discovered Smartwool socks I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. The socks were so incredibly comfortable, fast drying and odor resistant I couldn’t believe that I had worn and suffered through plain cotton socks for so many years years.
Not what they used to be I have a couple old pairs of Smartwool socks that have lasted ten or more years of traveling and hiking around the world. Multi-day hikes in a constant downpour in New Zealand – my feet were the only dry and comfortable part of me.
