Solid Knife! This is the first knife I’ve owned as an adult and I love it. It’s a monster! It’s heavy duty, solid, sharp, and there’s no doubt it’s going to last a lifetime. Living in Houston, TX I especially like the window shattering & seatbelt cutting capabilities. GREAT KNIFE…………..BUT NOT FOR DEFENSIVE CARRY!!!! The quality and attention to detail on this Smith and Wesson knife is fantastic. It’s really a great knife with a robust blade, and substantial handle for a sure grip. Also, the blade comes very sharp right out of the box, so do exercise caution. What I didn’t realize was that this knife is rather large in size, and you can definitely feel this knife dig into you a bit when it is clipped to your pants pocket. Nothing major…………….and I’m certain that I could have gotten used to the feel…
