Great customer service Great customer service. My hubby lost the inner cap upon the first use, and I contacted the manufacturer. He sent me the lost part with a small additional fee and now I have a complete set again. This thing keeps soup piping hot for at least 5 hours! I like it that the neck is pretty wide and it can contain quite a lot of food
pretty and practical I bought one of these for my husband in silver and when I saw how practical it was, decided I needed a “pretty” one. The color is fantastic and I love the way the spoon folds up and snaps in the lid. The seal has held well with different types of liquids and I couldn’t be happier with this thermos/food jar.
Not a substitute for Thermos! I was optimistic that it would be a cheaper alternative to the thermos brand that keeps my lunch hot for 8+ hours. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. 3-4 hours is the best I get (with steaming hot food plus preheating the container worth boiling water. ) The steel canister seems of comparable weight but the plastic top is hollow, which must make all the difference.
