These boots replaced the ones I got in 1985, Sorel Snow Bears made in Canada. Hope the new ones last as long as the first ones!!
Heavy duty, warm & dry boots Got these boots for my boyfriend right before we went up to Mammoth for a ski trip. He had no boots for everyday walking around and they are having a record snow year up there, so these were necessary. Read the reviews and it sounded like we needed to go up a size. He normally wears a 9-9 1/2 so we went up to a 10. They were pretty big and loose in the foot, once he got them on. SOREL ….YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR QUALITY CONTROL I replaced my worn out 27 year old Sorel boots with these. After reading some of the reviews about not being waterproof I tested my new boots before I even put them on. With my first set the right boot leaked like a sieve so I sent them back for a replacement. The 2nd set was fine. I let them sit in 5â of water for ½ an hour covering the upper seam.
