Perfect and lots of room! Perfect! This is a nice, sturdy, roomy, well made tool box. It’s a nice size and has a middle compartment that is great for added storage. This thing would probably survive a tornado lol. Very happy with my purchase. This is very deep and roomy but not so big that it hampers being able to easily transport it. Lots of storage and lots of room but also the perfect size to where you can take it any where easily.
Poor fit between lid and box. The plastic material of this tool box seems reasonably rugged, and the dual metal latches also seem fairly secure, but either the lid or the box itself has distorted so that there is now a poor fit between the lid and the box. I have only loaded this box with a few, lighter-weight tools and supplies (grease guns, zerks, grease tubes…), and loaded it into and out of a truck a few times so far, but a gap is readily visible at all times now.
This is huge! It’s much bigger than I realized, so if you don’t have many tools, maybe look at the smaller size.
