A Very Small Gap at the Back When the Lid is Closed All metal toolbox, including the handle, which by the way is strong, thick and contoured so that you can carry a heavily weighted toolbox without it digging in to your hand. The latch is riveted, is double locking metal, designed so you can put a lock on it. Mediocre at best This 16 inch Stack-on metal tool box is a good all around box, the dimensions are good, and the box will hold the tools you need as a trunk box for your car or to specialize for one trade or another, i.e. plumbing, electrical etc. The one area where this box falls down, and almost makes it not worth having, is the top tray.
