Just a minor design flaw I mostly can’t fault this set. I bought it for my boyfriend who works outdoors in all climates. The cooler and jar keep hot things hot and cold things cold like it advertises. It’s sturdy and is a great size no matter what I pack for his meals. My only fuss is the fact that it’s not well balanced on the handle. The jar on top over balances the box when you’re holding it and causes the cooler to tip over when carrying it making it awkward. Other than that it’s a great product.
Not big enough for a long day. This cooler is really pretty good. I wish they made this in a ten quart size. I can carry a couple of quarts of water and a couple of sandwiches as well as a breakfast bar, but I have to freeze one of the water bottles cause there is no room for an ice pack. Or I can put in an ice pack and give up water or food. The insulation is excellent. It keeps that frozen bottle frozen most of the day. So now I have to take that out at lunch so that it’ll thaw in time for me to need it. If this cooler was…
Tough, High Quality Well Engineered with Hi-Tec Cooling. Stainless Thermos is a Nice Bonus. Says 7qt but I bot 16qt. size Was looking for a higher quality hard shell cooler & found it. High-density polyethylene with double wall foam-insulated body and lid means the skin is tough, high quality & easy to clean & cools 36 hrs. I tested it & put a cold pak inside & sealed the lid on this 16qt cooler. At 36 hours yes the gel pak was melted /soft but it was still cool inside.
