Great Product! I purchased this item for work. This item arrived on time and you can quickly see the quality in this product. Stanley is just the best whenever it comes to keeping your liquids hot or cold. I need to have my coffee in the morning for work and instead of paying two or three dollars for a another coffee later or making a entire pot of coffee and only using a two cups worth. FILL IT WITH HOT WATER AND LET IT SIT FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU POUR IN YOUR DRINK First, I want to acknowledge a lot of the frustrations that have been posted about this product, and yes I am familiar with the old Stanley thermoses, but I honestly believe this does hold up when used properly. In the old Stanley models you never had to warm them up, at least from watching my dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa fill theirs up.
