Worst Coolers and Customer Service I bought all 3 different sizes of these coolers based on their claims around keeping ice for an extended period of time. These coolers are worthless and will keep ice for no more than a few hours. One actually came apart and after 3 months of communication, minimal response, an unkept promise to replace the one that fell apart, I have received no satisfaction from the manufacturer. I’d stay away from these and spend the extra money to by an Artic, a Yeti, or an Il;oo.
