Not too big, not too small… Amazing price, excellent quality, highly recommend this product. The colors are rich in the woven fabric, and the nature of the weave allows for stretching (if you look at the picture I’ve attached, you can see how somewhat of a ‘pocket’ has formed from my using it over the past two weeks). The spreader bar is solid, and the rope used is a twisted cotton. I would recommend NOT leaving this hammock out in the elements when not in use (or any hammock for that matter).
Perfect! I originally bought a hammock and stand set that came with this size hammock. It lasted me a good three summers, and then it was time to replace so I did a double wide hammock of the same material w/spreader bar. The hammock stand I purchased maybe wasn’t designed for a wider hammock, or maybe I’m a dolt (hey, it’s possible) but it really is suited for these single sized hammocks. I spent countless hours relaxing on the comfortable cotton, and the rope held up great First, I should mention that while I owned this hammock I lived in the very very windy mojave dessert. I had this hammock up for about a year and used it a handful of times a week. I spent countless hours relaxing on the comfortable cotton, and the rope held up great! The colors were fun and bright, and the entire thing felt very sturdy. If I ever live in a home with two trees again i will re purchase this exact hammock!
