Best “under 4 lbs Best “under 4 lbs.” tent we could find for the money. Thank you so much for making a ultralight tent for those who can’t afford REI type tents. I read that even REI tents don’t always hold up to the rain. But, I always bring a waterproof tarp anyway. We pitch over a sandy beach, so we had to put rocks over each tent stake. The tent was very stable as a result.

Best bang for your buck! Definitely a killer deal for the price. Went out and used it this last weekend up in the Idyllwild mountains of Southern California. It was about 32* that night, medium wind in the early AM. I was absolutely blown away with how sturdy the tent was. I tied all new knots and went out and bought heavy duty tent stakes and that seemed to help out. Tent was totally solid in the wind all night. I’m 6′ 250lbs, and I fit in there pretty good. A little tight to get in and out because of the pup style…

For the price you cant go wrong This tent rolls up and is pretty lightweight and compact but once up has plenty of room inside for one + gear. I’m 6’4″ tall and if I were to stretch out my head and feet could touch the two end poles. Hit those poles to hard and I’d image it’d come down on you in the middle of the night. Overall I’m very pleased though. For less than $30 bucks I think it did an excellent job.
