Comfortable pad for under sleeping bag. Needed an air mattress to put under my sleeping bag to make it more comfortable and keep me off the cold ground. The Stansport Self-Inflating Air Mattress does a nice job. It does inflate almost to full in about a minute, but you will need to top it off by blowing some air through the valve the old fashioned way. Just be careful not to over inflate. I used the air mattress during our recent camping trip and was super comfortable and stayed warmer since it kept me off the cold tent floor…

Great Mat Based on some reviews, I thought this mat may not work for me. I’m 300 pounds, and I was concerned I’d just smoosh it when sleeping. To my surprise, this mat inflated well on it’s own, it remained inflated through the two-night camping trip, and it was easy to deflate. It was comfortable.The only issue I have is that since I’m a big guy, I’d partially roll off the mat in my sleep. However, I don’t fault the product for this. Instead, I fault my failed dieting. 🙂

Almost as comfortable as my Sealy Pillow top mattress… I took this mattress car camping in Connecticut and New Hampshire. I am 58 and was worried about getting a good nights sleep in the woods.
