It comes with 3 different lids which is pretty cool. The only thing I didn’t like is … I spent a lot of time looking for a water bottle that not only kept water cold for at least 12 hours, but also had a straw. And, preferably, would fit in a cup holder in the car. Well, I found these and ordered the 32oz. I’ve found the smaller ones don’t hold enough water for me. After receiving this bottle I was pleasantly surprised it actually fit in my cup holder. Best stainless steel water bottle for your money! I really wanted to get a Hydro Flask stainless steel water bottle, but I have some criteria:1) it must be 40oz or close to it2) it must have a straw lid3) I reallllly liked the ombré look (one color fading into another) on select Hydro flask water bottles.And a 40oz Hydro flask would cost $50, without purchasing a straw lid to fit it.Not to mention, the ombré look costs much more. Customer Service response to my email I purchased the 32 oz bottle for a cruise and it came a few days before the trip. I got it ready to take on my trip when I realized it did not fit my cup holder which I never thought about. When I returned from my trip I emailed the company and received an immediate email stating they were sorry I was not happy and would I accept a 18 or 20 oz for free that would fit my cup holder free if charge.
