Went on steel door after drilling several holes, if … Went on steel door after drilling several holes, if self tapping screws were included I would give it a 5 star rating. For the money you should get that.
Good Strong Product This is about 0.030″ thick and makes a very solid and tough kick plate. I used it on my garage side door. I found it helpful to drill additional holes between the ones already drilled so that it would be pulled tightly to the door by the screws (the door had a slight “wave” in it near the bottom).
Quality materials, finished nicely, with good customer service & sold at a reasonable price make these plates an excellent value These kick plates are nicely made and finished. They were packaged nicely, without a lot of wasted material. The screws had no spurs and were polished; extra screws were in my package. The manufacturer followed up with an email to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend these kickplates for their quality and value.
