It was stupid of them to put a filter on the thing … No customer service. Can only snail mail. If the filter is on it doesn’t fit in a standard plastic gas can. The sleeve is too big. The filter slid right on. It was -15 out. So I didn’t read the instructions to see I should have taken the collar off to remove the filter. So when I did, the prop cover came with it. Ofcourse I didn’t see it and when putting it back in the can crushed one of the prop fins. Figured if I called up and cried they’d send me one. Nope, no email or #. They also didn’t…

Nicest one on the market, unless you are looking to spend quite a bit more Bought this for my dad to fill his tractor from 5 gallon diesel tanks. Posting for him because he’s 80 and doesn’t internet. Overall, he’s happy, but the corrugated fill hose is a major drawback. It’s doesn’t look too easy to replace, but due to it’s tendency to hold fluid, it’s messier than it should be in his opinion. But he loves the flow rate and the nozzle. Overall, he’s very satisfied.
