Because hydration is key to performing your best; you need the most convenient, reliable, lightweight hydration system available. And at half the price of comparable packs. You need the TETON Sports TrailRunner 2.0 Hydration Backpack. It’s fully adjustable at the waist and shoulders to make it the perfect pack for men and women. With an athletic-cut pack that rides higher than jersey pockets and lower than a bike helmet. The TrailRunner 2.0 is great for 5Ks and marathons, long days at theme parks, or day hikes—anytime hydration needs to be as convenient as possible. You’ll love the 9” deep mesh pocket to securely carry your wallet, phone, and snacks. Hydration ports on the left and right shoulder allow you to choose your preference. It’s 420D ripstop shell makes it durable, rugged, and lightweight—only 0.9 pounds unfilled. The TrailRunner is super comfortable with mesh shoulder straps and chest strap with built-in shock absorber; the pack moves with you at any pace. Padded mesh back panel offers great ventilation. Your purchase includes a 2-liter hydration bladder with a large 2-inch opening for ice that also makes cleaning easy. You will want to wash your bladder before your first use: Rinse out your bladder with lemon juice or mild soap and warm water to remove any residues—then let your bladder dry out completely before reassembling it. Once it is dry, be sure to tighten the hose at the base of the bladder—the O-ring gasket needs to sit down into the receiver so it can seal properly–this will prevent leaking. Also includes a lightweight, durable, kink-free sip tube and push-lock cushioned bite valve.

The first few sips were the worst because the water was warm from the tube Brought 3 of these for a 15 mile scouting bike ride in the Everglades. Able to put snacks in the back along with poncho. Only downside is the plasticy taste to the water. I put hot water with vinegar in it and let it sit overnight. I then added water with a couple Tbsp. of bleach and let it sit overnight. THEN, I added water with around an ounce of lemon juice and let it sit overnight. Still the water had THAT taste. The first few sips were the worst because the water was warm from the tube. As…
trailrunner 2.0 After having read the reviews on this saying that it constantly leaked I was a little hesitant on purchasing this, but I needed a hydration pack for my marathon and I didn’t want to spend 60$ on an expensive one. When it arrived I opened it up, and was very pleased. It is nice and light, as well as sturdy.
Theme park envy Having a wife who is sadistically obsessed with Disney World and its affiliates, I decided I needed a way to stay hydrated in the blazing Florida sun as I parade around the theme parks like a well trained dog. This thing saved my life and kept maleficent and our minions hydrated.
